Lanie Gardner has unveiled her new EP Polaroids, a six-track collection of story-telling, emotional truth and expansive soundscapes.

The EP is produced by Oscar Charles, Jonathan Singleton and Chris Ganoudis and finds the 2025 Artist to Watch blending modern country with alt-pop and acoustic soul.  The EP continues to build on the intimacy of her 2024 debut album A Songwriter’s DiaryPolaroids features the previously released Buzzkill, the emotional Concrete Cowboy and new tracks Takin’ The Slow Ride and Hold Your Horses.

Speaking about the six-track EP, Lanie Gardner shared, “Polaroids feels like a time capsule of everything I’ve lived and learned these past few years.  Each song is a snapshot of a moment that shaped me — the highs, the heartbreak and everything along the way.”

Gardner celebrated the release of Polaroids with a string of appearances at CMA Fest 2025, including standout performances at Spotify House, the Reverb Stage, and Ole Red’s On The Rise Opry celebration, as well as a surprise spotlight set at Darius Rucker and Friends at The Ryman. On Friday, she performed at this year’s CMT Next Women of Country program at the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum, followed by her Polaroids EP release party at Chief’s Bar in downtown Nashville. To cap it off, Lanie will be featured as Apple Music Country’s “Riser of the Month”.

Lanie Gardner first gained attention with her viral cover of Dreams, which hit No. 25 on the Billboard Rock charts and led to collaborations with David Guetta and MORTEN.  Her original music has been featured on the soundtracks for both Twisters and Queen of the Ring.
