Knife Bride have released their latest single Territory ahead of a Manchester gig at Rebellion next week.
The Manchester gig is one of eight UK dates the Heavy Music Awards nominees are playing supporting of Defects.
The Brighton-based metal four piece have released Territory as they gear up for the tour. The track is influenced by Bring Me The Horizon, Spiritbox and Evanescence and marks a love song in the aftermath of a hostile exchange. As frontwoman Mollie Clack explains, “Territory is a love song, believe it or not. It was written after a hostile exchange and I see it as a kind of diary entry, I guess. It’s very dramatic and purging and really highlights how crazy love can make you.”
Earlier this year Knife Bride were nominated for Heavy Music Awards’ Best UK Breakthrough Artist and Best Breakthrough Live Artist awards.
