Haim have announced a run of UK arena shows this autumn, including a gig at Manchester’s Co-Op Live. The Manchester gig is one of six dates confirmed in support of their forthcoming album I quit. Haim recently announced that they will release I quit on 20 June via Polydor Records.
As well as the October run, Haim will also perform at Margate’s Dreamland in June – the set marks the band’s return to the UK following a performance at All Points East in 2023.
The I quit UK tour kicks off on 24 October in Nottingham with further dates in Cardiff, Brighton, London, and Glasgow.
The trio’s new album I quit features 15 tracks and was co-produced by Danielle Haim and Rostam Batmanglij. Haim recently confirmed the album during a surprise series of shows at The Bellwether in Los Angeles. The project features singles including Down to be wrong, Relationships and Everybody’s trying to figure me out.
I quit is the first new album since the band’s 2020 album Women In Music, Pt. III, which earned them a Brit Award for Best International Group. Women In Music, Pt. III received two GRAMMY Award nominations, including the prestigious Album of the Year recognition. With this nomination, Haim became the first all-female rock group to be included in the GRAMMY’s top category. Women In Music, Pt. III debuted at number 1 on the U.S. Album Sales chart, as well as the Rock and Alternative charts.
