Brooke Combe has shared her new single Shaken By The Wind which features on her upcoming debut album.
Brooke Combe wrote the track alongside Jungle’s Tom McFarland. It will feature on Dancing At The Edge Of The World which Brooke Combe will release on 31 January 2025.
The single lands after Brooke Combe recently announced a UK tour including a Manchester gig at the O2 Ritz. Before the year is out, Brooke Combe will also play a Liverpool gig at the Arts Club.
Speaking about collaborating on the the piano driven track, Brooke Combe explained, “The track was the first collaborative song I wrote for the album. I got the train down to London to meet up with Tom at his studio. Me being such a big Jungle fan, I was really excited to see what we’d come up with. Tom came up with a chord progression and then I basically messed around with some melodies to see what would work. After that, the writing sort of flowed naturally off the back of everything else and the song was born.”
Brooke Combe’s debut album Dancing At The Edge Of The World found her collaborating with The Coral frontman James Skelly.
