American indie-rockers Bright Eyes have announced a European tour including a Manchester gig at the Albert Hall in June.

The Manchester gig is one of eight UK and Ireland dates they will headline on their European run.

News of the tour comes after the band released their latest studio album Five Dice, All Threes last year.  Bright Eyes’ 10th studio album featured guest performances from the likes of Cat Power, The National’s Matt Berninger and The So So Glos’ Alex Orange Drink.

Five Dice, All Threes found Bright Eyes intense and introspective yet embracing tenderness and wider exploration.  The album is filled with subtext, confessional and unguarded.
