Ahead of their huge show at Wythenshawe Park this weekend, Blossoms have announced a run of UK and Ireland tour dates.
The Stockport band will headline 10 dates including a Liverpool gig at Mountford Hall. The tour will open in Newcastle in October taking in dates around the UK and Ireland before culminating in a show at Dublin’s Academy.
Blossoms will headline at Manchester’s Wythenshawe Park this Sunday.
The tour will come in support of their upcoming album Gary which lands in September. The album was produced by the band’s regular collaborator James Skelly of The Coral and Jungle’s Josh-Lloyd Watson. It features three previously released singles Perfect Me, title track Gary and What Can I Say After I’m Sorry?.
Speaking on the tour announcement, Blossoms said, “We’ve been waiting to announce this tour for a while! This album was recorded live so we can’t wait to play the new tunes and all your favourites at these great venues in a couple of months. Gary might even be at some (depending on venue stage heights)! X”
