Albert’s Schloss will offer a series of special pancake dishes in favour of what is (quite honestly) the best day of the year.
The Bavarian cook haus and bier hall is laying on a selection of sweet and savoury pancake stacks. They include exclusive specials created just for the occasion.
The venue will continue to offer it’s regular selection of Vanilla Berries and Cream (V) (seasonal berries, Chantilly cream, vanilla ice-cream and maple syrup) as well as Bacon and Egg (Sweet pancake with maple bacon, Burford Brown eggs and maple syrup).
But from the 3-8th March, Albert’s School will offer three additional options:
- Kartoffelpuffer – Pancakes with a German twist… A crispy potato pancake with bacon, soured cream & roasted red onions
- Raspberry + Mascarpone (V) – Lush raspberry vanilla compote with whipped mascarpone
- Banoffee (V) – Salted caramel banana, Biscoff sauce & crumb
