South African rhythms and Manchester nightlife collide this summer as Mzansi 4 Sho lands at Piccadilly Central on Friday, 11 July 2025. Running from 7PM until 2AM, the free-entry event promises an immersive celebration of South African music, food, and culture curated by Mas O Menos, a South African-owned record label.

The night will spotlight a fusion of deep house and amapiano with DJ sets from seasoned selectors including Levi Love, Stallone, and House DJ Ms Dee. Topping the bill are DJ Toots and Artist Lebo—two artists who continue to shape the international soundscape.

Artist Lebo, a South African-born Afro House and Afro Tech artist, is celebrated for her soulful vocals and ambient soundscapes. Hailing from the Vaal region, her music seamlessly blends African rhythms with UK electronic influences, creating a deeply emotive style that has garnered growing global acclaim. Lebo’s collaborations with producers like Corinda, TekniQ, and Afrikan Roots have solidified her presence in the industry. Known for her captivating performances, she has graced iconic stages including Ministry Of Sound, The Steel Yard, Night Tales, 26 Leake Street, and SOUP, showcasing her unique take on Afro House. With releases through respected independent labels like Khaya Lyf, LUMO Music, Abstract Mood Music, and PM Recordings, Artist Lebo continues to push boundaries and was named one of the Artists to watch in 2025 by prominent music magazine MIXMAG. This year, she embarked on “The Faces Of Afro House,” a series of back-to-back sets featuring Afro House DJs across the UK, which launched live-streamed in Manchester with Crop Radio in March and is set to expand globally.

DJ Toots, a UK-based DJ and producer with over a decade in the music industry, has flourished as one of the UK’s finest in House Music and Amapiano. His love for music ignited at age nine with a keyboard, and his professional DJ career began during his teenage years when he wowed a crowd filling in for his uncle at a famous Yeoville club in South Africa. Toots’ music has taken him across Africa and parts of Europe, where he has performed alongside global heavyweights such as Black Coffee, Culoe De Song, Shimza, Caiiro, Major League, Kabza De Small, Prince Kaybee, Black Motion, and The ANTS (IBIZA). He holds monthly residencies at EBONY CLUB in Köln, Germany, and a weekly residency at ROOTS Bar Manchester, UK. Toots also produces music for artists signed to his co-owned label, Dansflo Productions, infusing his upbeat House productions with rhythmic melodies and Afro soul, heavily influenced by the tribal drums and chants of the motherland. Alongside his Dansflo Productions partners, he has been instrumental in organizing the first international tours for many South African musicians in the UK, Germany, and Ireland. His mixes are frequently featured on South Africa’s biggest youth stations, Yfm and Metro fm.

With its Soweto-inspired visuals and a focus on authentic South African cuisine, Mzansi 4 Sho offers Manchester a rare opportunity to experience the energy of SA’s sonic landscape in one night.
