Travis have announced a run of headline shows where they will perform The Man Who live in full including a Manchester gig at Manchester Apollo.

One of the most successful British albums of the last 20 years, it spawned a number of hit singles Writing to Reach You, Driftwood, Turn and Why Does It Always Rain On Me.

The album spent 11 weeks at the number one spot, selling nearly three million copies as it went on to become the biggest selling UK album of 2000.

Speaking about the lure of performing The Man Who in full, Fran Healy commented, “Songs are like emotional bookmarks in time.  When you hear a song you are transported to those times and feel strong echoes of the feelings you felt. Rarely does an album have this ability so performing ‘The Man Who’ once again will be a joy!”

The band are now hitting the road for two limited runs opening in June (including a Liverpool gig at Liverpool Philharmonic) and December 2018.
