Augustines, who have rapidly developed a reputation for storming and explosive live shows have announced a series of UK dates which will see them performing at Manchester Cathedral on 1st December.

The Seattle based rock group (Bill McCarthy on vocals/guitar; Eric Sanderson on bass, vocals/keys; and Rob Allen on drums) have been turning heads on their festival gigs which have included a recent outstanding show at Latitude, with sets at Reading and Leeds highlighly anticipated.  They have become known for epic shows which somehow remain intimate where their love of music and performing filters through and are certainly the live band of the moment.

The band saw their self-titled second album released in February 2014 to high acclaim.  Their songs translate perfectly to live gigs – an enticing and resonating combination of heartfelt emotional lyrics, crashing drums and guitar hooks; powerful and passionate indie-rock. Their latest single from the album, Weary Eyes, is set to be released on 8th September.
